   I am paraphrasing but I believe it is something like this: 1) Find neighbor kid 2) Ask neighbor kid if they want to make some money 3) If yes, show them where you keep your lawn mower and trimming accessories 4) identify what are weeds and what should not be picked 5) Let them mow and weed 6) Crack open a beer and drink it (this is vital) 7) Pay them less than what you would provide to a migrant worker 8) Tell them to come back in three weeks
