Breakfast:
- 6oz – Hot Chocolate
- 1pkg (2 sticks) – Lance Dunking Sticks
Lunch
- 1 half of a chicken caesar wrap
- chicken, tomato, lettuce, caesar dressing
Afternoon Snack
- 1 pkg (1.74oz), Peanut M&M’s
- 12oz, water
Dinner
- 1 breaded chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozarella cheese
- 10 Baked Lays tortilla chips with hummus
- 2 fat free brownie
- 1/2 glass of red wine (2oz)
- 1 Woodchuck Granny Smith cider (12oz)

looks like you did better than me today. I had no breakfast, except coffee. Lunch was 2 slices of pizza and french fries with a coke. and then I had a peanut butter protein plus powerbar in the afternoon, and a hot sausage sandwich with onion and green peppper for dinner.
