What I Ate Today

This is a practice in deciding how my diet is balanced with nutritional goodness (or otherwise). I will update this as the day goes on. I’ll update the timestamp to reflect the updates as well.

Breakfast:

  • 6oz – Hot Chocolate
  • 1pkg (2 sticks) – Lance Dunking Sticks

Lunch

  • 1 half of a chicken caesar wrap
  • chicken, tomato, lettuce, caesar dressing
  • 1 stick, white string cheese
  • 1 container, Jell-O fat free chocolate pudding
  • 1 pkg (2 bars), Nature Valley Oats ‘n Honey granola
  • 1 can (12oz), Mountain Dew
  • Afternoon Snack

    • 1 pkg (1.74oz), Peanut M&M’s
    • 12oz, water

    Dinner

    • 1 breaded chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozarella cheese
    • 10 Baked Lays tortilla chips with hummus
    • 2 fat free brownie
    • 1/2 glass of red wine (2oz)
    • 1 Woodchuck Granny Smith cider (12oz)

      What, no Mt. Dew for breakfast? 😉

      looks like you did better than me today. I had no breakfast, except coffee. Lunch was 2 slices of pizza and french fries with a coke. and then I had a peanut butter protein plus powerbar in the afternoon, and a hot sausage sandwich with onion and green peppper for dinner.
