Today’s intrepid spammer has to employ odd techniques these days to outsmart spam filters. Here’s the first line of an email that was a phishing scam to get my credit card info:
“Sometimes about ruffian trembles, but movie theater living with ocean always find subtle faults with shadow behind!And give a pink slip to the dark side of her grain of sand.Now and then, from industrial complex bur living with food stamp.Hilary, although somewhat soothed by marzipan of and gypsy behind tripod.“
UPDATE: I got another weird one this afternoon…
“Dead Ringer. Clear Blue Water. There is a country in Europe where multiple-choice tests are illegal. - Rene Descartes (1596-1650), Discours de la Methode. Always do right- this will gratify some and astonish the rest. Break A Leg. Car service: If it ain’t broke, we’ll break it.. Mad As A Hatter. Paddle Your Own Canoe. Confusion not only reigns, it pours.. Love is friendship set on fire.. Last but not least. Basically, I no longer work for anything but the sensation I have while working.“
